Ingredients
300g large prawns,
1 cup of rice,
1 chopped onion,
2 cloves of garlic, chopped,
1 chopped red pepper,
1 can of peeled tomatoes,
2 tablespoons of olive oil,

Chopped parsley to decorate
Method of preparation
First, in a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.
Then add the pepper and cook until it softens.
Add the rice and fry for a minute.
Add the peeled tomato and cook for a few more minutes. Ad the shrimp and cook until they are pink and cooked through.
Finally season with salt, pepper and parsley and serve.
