Ingredients
300g of penne,
2 cups of fresh basil leaves,
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese,
1/2 cup walnuts,
2 garlic cloves,
1/2 cup olive oil,
Salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation
Cook the penne according to package instructions and drain.
In a food processor, blend the basil, Parmesan cheese, walnuts and garlic until pureed.
Mix the pesto puree with the cooked penne. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil and serve.
