Today I'm very excited to share with you a special recipe: a gluten-free Chocolate Fit Cake. What makes this cake so special? It is gluten-free, as I already mentioned, and also lactose-free. Furthermore, it has a reduced sugar content. A delicious option for those who have dietary restrictions or are looking for a healthier dessert. I will also include an irresistible syrup that will make this cake even more incredible. So follow the step by step and be surprised by the result!
Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 gluten-free oat flour
2 ripe bananas
3 tablespoons 50% chocolate
1/2 cup canola oil
2 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
5 spoons of coconut sugar
Chopped nuts
Method of preparation:
First, crush the ripe bananas until you get a puree.
In a bowl, mix the banana puree, canola oil, eggs, 50% chocolate and coconut sugar. Stir well until a homogeneous dough forms.
Add the gluten-free oat flour and baking powder to the mixture and continue stirring until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Add the chopped walnuts to the dough and mix gently.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Grease a mold with canola oil and sprinkle some 50% chocolate.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the cake.
While the cake bakes, prepare the syrup: melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a bain-marie and mix with lactose-free cream or chestnut cream.
After removing the cake from the oven and letting it cool, unmold it and pour the syrup over it.
If desired, decorate with chopped nuts or chocolate shavings.
This Chocolate Fit Cake is a true delight, it is perfect for those who need to avoid gluten and lactose without losing flavor. Coconut sugar, a healthier option, adds an incredible sweet touch. And with the chocolate sauce, the cake turns into an irresistible dessert. So enjoy this guilt-free recipe, savor every bite and share it with family and friends!
