Ingredients for 4 servings of Roast Chicken with Potatoes:
4 chicken breasts
4 large potatoes
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 lemon juice
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
Salt and pepper to taste Chopped parsley for sprinkling (optional)
Method of preparation:
Firstly preheat the oven to 200°C.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium cubes. Reserve.
In a bowl, mix the chopped garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper.
Then season the chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture, rubbing them well.
